I have been practicing psychotherapy since 2005 and in private practice since 2018. I specialize in the treatment of a range of depression and anxiety disorders, interpersonal conflict and relationship stressors, attachment, trauma, and issues related to self-esteem and self-worth. In addition to specializing in working with couples in all stages, whether it’s seeking to strengthen relationship and grow as a couple, making a decision, or helping become uncoupled in a healthy way.
My approach to therapy is collaborative, warm, holistic and eclectic, drawing from different techniques such as: CBT, IPT, Psychodynamic Psychotherapy, Ego Psychology, and Attachment Theory to tailor our work together to fit your individual needs and goals.
