I am trained and certified in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) Therapy and am a Consultant-in-Training. My approach is to connect with my clients then find the tools most effective based on each client's individual needs. These tools include but are not limited to CBT, DBT, Mindfulness, Attachment, Somatics, and Parts work.
