Welcome! I would be honored to accompany you on your path of healing. If you are struggling with PTSD, anxiety, relationship issues, or substance use/addiction, we might be a good fit. Together we can examine how your past experiences have shaped you and use that knowledge to carve out a positive path forward. I use a blend of traditional talk therapy, EMDR, and parts work (IFS model) to support clients in better understanding and unraveling the roots of present-day distress. I support clients in healing from complex, developmental, and acute trauma so they can impact real change and regain control of their lives.

I also provide psychedelic integration services for those seeking to make sense of transformational or spiritual experiences from psychedelic journeys, and incorporate subsequent changes into their lives.
