I will also assist you in exploring patterns of feelings and behaviors that might be producing challenges on your journey.
I have expertise in career counseling and work related issues as a result of my being previously involved in the business community. My experience includes working with individuals, couples, and military families. I typically use a Cognitive Behavioral Approach and most importantly I believe in Solution Focused, Problem Solving Brief Therapy.
