Hello! I'm Catherine and I help adults caught in the pain and despair of anxiety, trauma, addiction, infidelity, depression or strained relationships. I have been a therapist for 20+ years helping individuals, couples, and families find hope, enhanced well-being, healing, and restored connection. My goal is for you to feel seen and heard while in a safe place to work through fears, distress, pain and disappointments. Along the way, we will also explore your aspirations and tap into your inherent strengths and resilience.
I use multiple treatment approaches such as EMDR, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, CBT and others to help you process painful experiences, examine what is going well and identify what you want to be different while we explore barriers, resources, and strengths to accomplish your goals.
