Whether you’ve been in therapy before or you’re seeking therapy for the first time, I know it’s a big decision & I am honored to be considered. Coping with things such as OCD or autistic burnout can be exhausting. As your therapist, I will be present with patience and compassion while we walk together towards healing.
I use a collaborative, eclectic approach with a focus on strengths-based care & client education. As a neurodivergent (ND) person myself, I am very passionate about neuroaffirming care. I specialize in clients with OCD and/or autism & work with adults only. I will be offering basic autism evaluations starting this September.
