My goal is to provide you with comfort, trust, and empowerment through education on ways you can improve your quality of life by dealing with depression, anxiety, relationship conflict, or personal issues, etc. Coming to therapy can be challenging, so let me help you. The client-therapist relationship is very important in this process and one that begins at first contact. Though I practice at a Christian counseling center, religion and/or faith will not be a topic of discussion unless you initiate it. I'd be glad to hear from you.
I work with people living with mood disorders, issues like anxiety, relationship/ couple-related problems, addictions, and serious mental illnesses.
