Life can be so overwhelming, no matter what stage you are in. There are so many things that you may be struggling with: relational issues, societal pressures, life transitions, self-esteem. Together, we will explore what is currently daunting for you, all while practicing effective coping skills to gain resilency.
I provide services for individuals ranging from adolesence (14+) to adulthood & have a passion working with college students & student-athletes. I offer an empathic, direct approach to facilitate change. We will work collaboratively to reach your goals in a slow, yet steady pace. My hope is that this becomes a safe space for you to learn & grow.
