At this time I am prioritizing clients seeking EMDR treatment. I was trained in EMDR Level 1&2 (during COVID) via Zoom, and thus have learned the most effective ways to implement EMDR via telehealth! I am prioritizing this service due to the outstanding results I have seen with each client I have worked with, although, results will vary per individual. I have been working for over four years with clients with mental health diagnoses both in person & via telehealth. Throughout this time I've utilized an eclectic approach by implementing EMDR, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), psychodynamic, and Mindfulness. My treatment approach is individually tailored based on each client's symptoms, needs, and goals.
