I am a depth psychotherapist who works with kids, adults, and couples. My practice is inclusive and welcoming to all individuals and couples, with respect for all orientations, relationship styles, and cultural backgrounds. I have specific interest in treating ADHD, anxiety, anger and rage, depression, dissociative adaptations, obsessive-compulsive behaviors, mood and personality disturbances, childhood trauma, psychosomatic complaints, sexual challenges, and concerns related to substance use and video games.
My approach with individuals blends depth psychotherapy, mindfulness, and somatic therapy. I help clients balance mental, physical, and emotional health, and achieve greater connection between the conscious and unconscious mind. My style is nonjudgemental, relational, authentic, and collaborative, and I utilize Jungian analysis to relate to the unconscious.
In couples therapy, we build awareness of unconscious influences in the relationship and foster healthier ways of relating. My approach includes emotionally focused therapy, family systems, Gottman method, and depth psychotherapy. I can help overcome infidelity, intimacy issues, communication blocks, navigate break ups and divorce, and prepare for marriage.
