You want to move forward in peace and confidence. Therapy can be helpful in understanding and overcoming the obstacles that come up in everyday life. It is important to feel comfortable enough with your therapist to open up in order to heal and collaboratively find positive solutions to attain your goals
My personal journey, systemic training, and calm demeanor will assist me in working with teens and young adults, couples, and families as they navigate life’s many transitions, find their identity, and become the people they envision themselves to be.
