I offer traditional therapy as well as 14 week curriculum for individuals/couples to overcome mental limitations, heal and experience lasting self worth and love.
My passion is to help people feel empowered and confident enough to live an authentic, positive and balanced life as an individual and within a relationship. I integrate many different facets of wellness into my practice such as nutrition, physical health, spirituality and neurological integration.
