Adult, Mixed Gender, Interpersonal Process Group

This is a group for those who would like a consistent, weekly interpersonal process with others, looking at one's self and life, while also exploring the relationships that occur in the group. This is a group for adults who are interested in working on their relationship skills, understanding the dynamics in their current and historical relationships, and in becoming more aware of their impact on those with whom they interact socially and professionally. Through witnessing, providing feedback and supporting each other, members expand their awareness of their own emotional landscape, their strengths and their challenges in relating to others.
