My approach to therapy is one that blends: Relational-Cultural Theory, and we can utilize our relationship as an instrument for healing; Internal Family Systems, so we can understand and unburden the different parts of yourself; and Sensorimotor Psychotherapy, so we can explore how your body is both an avenue for understanding your story and a resource.
I will support you in feeling the feelings that weren't allowed to be felt and speaking the words that couldn't be spoken by the generations before you. I will help you to love the younger versions of you who are carrying old hurts. I’m here to remind you that you are sacred and capable of bringing more liberation into your world.
