I love working with individuals who struggle with depression, anxiety, postpartum mood disorders, poor relationship with food/body, effects of childhood trauma, and more. I utilize an eclectic approach which varies depending on each client’s needs. I focus on approaches including Psychodynamic, CBT, EMDR, mindfulness, and strengths-based approach.

We all experience loss, trauma, anxiety, depression, or life transitions at one point or another in our lives, but we do not have to go through these challenges alone.
