I specialize in empowering young women in their late teens, 20's & early 30s to gain mastery over their mind. My specialities are anxiety, complex trauma (C-PTSD), & self-esteem improvement w/ a heavy focus on healthy habit formation for stress management & mood optimization. I am also trained in addiction & eating disorder recovery. I am EMDR trauma trained & certified in perinatal mental health (PMH-C). I specialize in treating women ages 18-34.
Additionally, I work with young female athletes on enhancing mental performance mastery to improve focus, confidence, resilience, composure, discipline, leadership, & develop lifelong habits of excellence. Reduce fear, self-doubt, anxiety, negative self-talk, and other barriers preventing you from optimal performance and enjoyment of sport.
My clients are young adult females seeking to master anxiety & mood, heal past trauma, improve self-esteem, & manage stress effectively. Young adult females, female college students, young moms, female athletes, high school seniors. Telehealth only. As of 4/11/24 Apptmt Hours are: MON - FRI 9am-1pm. Weekends vary throughout the year.
