In order to reach this, I use an eclectic approach to therapy by utilizing Dialectical Behavior Therapy, CBT and ACT, while learning emotional regulation and distress tolerance skills. I can help you create a plan to feel motivated and balance in your life and relationships again. You don't have to do this alone!
