I enjoy building relationships with people to help them sort their emotions and to give them voice. Creating a space of unconditional respect and acceptance, I strengthen people to do the work of therapy. I work with adults on attachment, trauma, depression, anxiety, and more. I am passionate about teaching parents ways to connect with their children to create an environment where children flourish and parents feel competent and effective.
I am trained in and utilize Attachment Theory, Internal Family Systems (IFS), Trauma-Informed, Family Systems Theory, Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR), and Gottman Therapy to assist people in working through their struggles to attain stronger connections with themselves and others. I am a Registered Play Therapist and a TBRI Practitioner.
