There are a lot of tools that can be helpful in creating a life that feels different and more manageable. EMDR therapy is one of the tools I use most often in my work and have found it helpful in addressing a variety of primary concerns.
My approach is to meet clients where they are at and collaboratively identify treatment goals, whilst building a strong therapeutic relationship so that each person can be comfortable being authentic. My primary modality is EMDR therapy and I work from a person-centered and trauma-informed framework incorporating other interventions as appropriate.
