Many are facing overwhelming feelings of fear, anger and loss since the 2024 Election. It is easy to shut down in the face of such feelings and feel isolated. This group will help participants : 1. Learn to navigate the emotions 2. Notice what’s still good with the world that can help anchor you and promote resilience. 3. Find opportunities to connect rather than shut down. 4. Channel those emotions into something positive. Groups may be offered in person and online at different times.
