I am a licensed psychotherapist and have been working in the Bay Area for 19 years. I specialize in treating anxiety disorders, OCD and trauma related disorders. I also have expertise in working with children and adolescents in private school settings. I am certified and well trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy.
I combine my therapeutic techniques with compassion, mindfulness, and a sense of humor and believe that every therapeutic relationship is sacred and unique. I also have a special assistant, Mochi, the emotional support dog. She is as cute as a button and will provide lots of love for you.
