I can help you overcome worry, doubt and overwhelm. I specialize in helping anxious and highly sensitive people. I'll help you shift your thinking patterns and face tough situations. Together, we'll identify your needs to help you feel calmer. I am trained in several evidence based therapies, including CBT, ERP and attachment based therapies.
