As a counselor, I believe that the therapeutic relationship is paramount and creating a safe space where clients feel comfortable and seen is my priority. Using a psychodynamic lens, my therapeutic approach includes CBT, Person-Centered Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, and Self-Compassion Informed Therapy. I work with adults and treat depression, anxiety, life transitions, self-esteem, relationship issues and parenting concerns.
Helping and caring for others as they navigate the joys and challenges of life has always been my passion. I believe it is my life’s purpose to support individuals as they learn, live and grow into who they always wanted to be.
