As a clinician, I hope to cultivate a space where you feel empowered to understand and know yourself better while embracing your journey towards healing. My speciality areas include Anxiety, Trauma, LGBTQ+ Individuals, Grief Work, Self-Esteem Work, and Relationship Issues. I am excited to work alongside you where we will prioritize skills that allow you to take back control over your life and emotions, and make your brain and body feel like a safe space to be again.
I have a specialized background in trauma-informed practice. As a queer clinician myself, I believe in a process-based, compassion-focused support model. This will allow us to center your needs without unnecessary pressure but surrounded by bravery. Together we can build an integrative practice that uplifts your own voice and a variety of tangible skills.
In our session time, I hope to laugh together, learn more about each other, and prioritize casual comfort. I am excited to work alongside you.
