Grief Through the Holidays

Feelings of anxiety, dread, deep sadness, and grief triggers are common during the holidays which are “supposed to be” joyful, celebratory and filled with togetherness. If you could use some support through the holidays with fellow-grievers who really understand exactly what you’re feeling, please consider joining this group. We will explore themes around expectations from family & friends, navigating holiday invitations, and the emptiness that exists experiencing this season without your loved one.
