I am an active listener who will provide the ear for you to explore your habits, thoughts, and feelings and from there come closer to designing the life you want.
In our sessions we will use mindfulness techniques to increase a sense of calm and well-being. You will learn to identify cognitive distortions and create healthier habits of thoughts and actions in your life. You can have the time and space to contemplate the meaning of your life, and how you can shape it to make it a more satisfying journey.
In my studies and practice I have learned that people are resilient. With introspection and guidance we can all learn to become closer to the best version of ourselves, and to thrive more at any age or life stage.
