My name is Capri, I’m the owner of Ambitions Counseling. I specialize in helping people like you overcome the challenges that hold them back from reaching their full potential. I use cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), with as needed sprinkles of mindfulness, motivational interviewing, and person-centered psychology to help you identify and change the negative thoughts, emotions and behaviors that keep you from living your desired best life.

I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) with added credentials in the area of Substance Abuse. In addition to presentations and individual sessions I also provide DOT Substance Abuse Professional (SAP) Return to Duty (R-T-D) Services as outlined in 49 CFR Part 40. Client portal is available 24/7 to schedule.

I offer a non-judgmental space where you can express yourself freely and openly explore your feelings, thoughts, and behaviors.
