I utilize evidence-based approaches (mindfulness, ACT, CBT, ERP and Gottman Couples Therapy) to help clients accept and overcome thoughts and behaviors that block creativity and meaning. Through gradual exposure to feared situations and turning toward value based activities clients are given the tools to regain control of their lives.
