Learn how to speak from your heart. I specialize in teaching adolescents and adults how to communicate more effectively. I genuinely care about clients and want them to get what they want out of life and in their relationships. Learn how to better acknowledge yourself, manage irrational thoughts and intense feelings and communicate in ways that help you to be better understood. Learn to be less defensive and guarded and more open and communicative. I have a Solution Oriented approach and see individuals, couples and families. Clients have told me they appreciate my straight forward, caring and interactive approach with them.
Clients learn to trust and assert themselves, be more direct and clear in their communication. You will increase your capacity for emotional connection and develop a softer approach. I teach coping skills and strategies to be more fair when in conflict so that you can increase your self esteem and confidence and ultimately your connection with others.
For a lot of us, communicating from the heart does not come natural.
