Group Therapy for Men
Many men struggle alone. Men often have few, if any, close male friendships; this is not uncommon. Without healthy outlets for stress, men turn to alcohol/substances, unhealthy sexual habits, anger, and other maladaptive coping patterns. Men's psychotherapy groups, led by trained clinicians, help reduce stress, increase emotional intelligence, enhance relationships, and lessen anxiety/depression. In this group, use the support of others to recognize you are not alone and learn to cope in a healthy way. This group is not affiliated with any faith or religion.
