My training coupled with my desire to continually acquire knowledge provides me with a solid foundation to begin working with clients and adapt as the clients’ needs change. I am here to not meet you where you’re at, but meet you where you dream and to work with you to develop and utilize the tools necessary to discover those dreams.
I have worked as a behavioral health counselor, a senior clinician, and program manager in a well-known substance use treatment clinic. I have worked with clients of all backgrounds. I enjoy working with couples and families. I utilize a trauma-focused approach to counseling and work to ensure that my clients feel safe and heard.
We all find ourselves struggling with one thing or another at varying points in our lives. As we grow up, we take on more responsibilities, which can add stress, anxiety, and other challenges that we face on a day-to-day basis. I have been there, too, and I use my personal experiences and lessons learned to help my clients find solutions that they can own.
