Have you been dealing with life stressors and want some guidance but don't know where to begin? As a Social Worker with over 10 years of experience, I enjoy working with individuals on improving communications skills, navigating relationships, enhancing self-care and motivation as well as working with individuals experiencing an acute and/or chronic medical condition. I work from a person-centered, strength-based approach & believe that building trust within the therapeutic relationship is a key part of therapy. I incorporate various styles of treatment and modalities to meet your specific needs.
With experience as a LCSW and Health Coach, I utilize a holistic approach providing individual counseling to help you identify your strengths, goals, and barriers. By working together as a team, I will assist you in acquiring and incorporating skills that will allow you to improve your overall wellness.
During our initial consultation, we will discuss what you would like to work on and what services I offer to see if we would be a good fit. Therapy is a collaborative effort and a time for you to work on yourself and I look forward to being a part of that experience.
