I am passionate about helping others unearth their inner wisdom and find solid ground in times of stress, trauma and challenging life transitions. I specialize in helping tweens, teens and young adults develop the skills to navigate tough decisions and express their most authentic selves. I predominantly, and not exclusively, work with folks in the LGBTQIA2S+ community, believing that every body deserves a safe, affirming space to thrive. I also work with those struggling with anxiety, depression, grief, anger, identity, sexuality, gender dysphoria, C-PTSD, internalized oppression and relationship issues.
Holding therapy sessions outdoors, or bringing elements of the natural world inside is something I love to explore with clients. Through mindfulness, gardening, artistic expression, somatic-regulation, nature walks and connecting with animals, we will move through pain and loneliness. Together, we will discover what helps you feel balanced and fulfilled.
My approach is collaborative in nature- centering around your unique needs and therapeutic goals. Reaching out for support is a courageous first step towards self-understanding and healing. Book with me now through Headway by clicking on my website.
