If you are struggling, or simply need objective help metabolizing life, I offer help and HOPE. Whether single, married, separated, or divorced, I can help you get unstuck. Through an insight oriented, asset-based and research-rooted lens, I use a variety of integrated approaches in my work depending on presenting issues, goals, personalities, and relationship dynamics. Attachment theories and Person-Centered structures undergird all of my clinical work with the goal of creating a safe, inviting atmosphere where feelings, thoughts, and beliefs can be freely and confidentially explored without fear of judgment. I aim to offer HOPE.

I work with individual adults and couples. Areas of therapeutic interest include, but are not limited to infertility, grief, anxiety, depression, separation and divorce care, parenting, spiritual issues, and life transitions. I have a heart for marriage and love helping couples in the process of safely being seen, heard and known within a sacred space.

I hold a Masters of Arts in Christian Counseling (MACC/Magna Cum Laude) from Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary, am a member of the Psi Chi International Honor Society in Psychology, am certified in Prepare/Enrich, and am a New Life Ministries referral therapist. I received a BFA in 1989 from New York University/Tisch School of the Arts.
