I have had experiences working with those recovering from medical trauma, adverse childhood experiences and managing the weekly stress that builds up.
I am neuroscience-focused and enjoy teaching stress management and emotional regulation tools. Brain training requires a well trained mind. I offer a variety of techniques to enhance self awareness and empower you to take charge of your wellness.
