Recovery Through the Holidays
6 week group therapy for individuals in recovery from drug and alcohol addiction, conducted via Telehealth. This group will specifically focus on how to support your recovery through the triggers that may come with the holiday season. Group begins Friday Nov 5th from 2pm - 3pm. Topics include setting and maintaining boundaries, communicating your needs and supporting healthy relationships, and exactly how to utilize supports.
