If you have found your way to my profile, I imagine there is some part of you that wants to change. Do you experience symptoms of anxiety, trauma or OCD? Is anxiety or self-doubt keeping you from getting what you want out of life and your relationships? Using evidenced based treatments, including EMDR, CBT & ERP, I will support you in building awareness and insight into maladaptive patterns & behaviors that may be limiting you from creating meaningful change. My style is collaborative, seeing therapy as a life-enhancing participation in self-understanding, self-realization and self-compassion.
I specialize in treating OCD, Anxiety, Trauma & Eating Disorders. For those wanting to work through trauma, I use EMDR to heal symptoms of emotional distress. Drawing upon my client’s inherent strengths and sense of resiliency, my approach combines Mindfulness-Based CBT with foundations in Attachment Theory to support your psychological well-being.
It has been a really tough year in a lot of ways that may have brought up difficulties for you.
