We may look at the impact of the past on the present, relationships, stressors, and your thoughts, feelings, behaviors, and values. You will find a nonjudgmental space where you can be your authentic self. I will honor your experiences, support you, and also challenge you!
My practice is online, so no need to worry about travel, traffic, or childcare, and we can work together as long as you are located in one of the states below.
