Sometimes it can be hard to stop and pause and it can be very worthwhile. I enjoy regularly working with professors, physicians, nurse, therapists, young professionals and students. I'm licensed in Rhode Island, Massachusetts, and New Hampshire.
I specialize in treating anxiety, depression, eating disorders, relationship issues, career challenges, and perfectionism. I operate from a Health at Every Size lens and believe in full eating disorder recovery. My style is non-judgmental and practical. I offer an individualized approach which includes compassion focused, relational & behavioral therapies.
I'm deeply committed to helping my clients grow and heal. Previously, my work experience includes major medical hospitals and an eating disorder clinic.
