“Start where you are” is a guiding principle in my work and in my life. My goal is to meet my clients in their present moment experience, incorporating compassion and gentleness into our sessions together. If most of your thoughts tend to be fearful, judgmental or worrisome, I can truly empathize. In our work together, we will move at a pace that feels respectful of where you are in your life and develop a path forward with the hope that you can decrease levels of anxiety, improve self-esteem and begin to listen to your intuitive wisdom.
As a long time yoga and meditation teacher, I understand the value of mindfulness as a tool to challenge thought patterns that are no longer helpful. I offer clients a safe space to feel more grounded and to develop skills to hear a gentler inner voice. I have a lot of experience working with big, confusing emotions, addiction and recovery.

Somatic Processing Group
Living in a body is hard and feeling disconnected from our embodied experience is so common. This is an ongoing open group for female identified individuals 18 + starting in June 2024. Together, we will create a safe space to explore getting into our bodies slowly and patiently. This group will incorporate gentle yoga, mindfulness exercises and processing in a trauma informed container.
