It can be difficult to balance the needs of others with our own needs, and sometimes the stresses of work can bleed into our personal life. If you are finding it difficult to go to work at a job you once loved, if you struggle to be truly present with your friends and family, if you are struggling to find meaning and purpose in your life, it may be difficult to imagine a way out.
I help caregivers and helping professionals find a way out. I provide support and guidance so you can identify your values and help you to create a plan that will align your work, relationships and life goals with those values. My goal is to assist my clients find more joy in their lives and live with meaning and purpose.
