Greetings, I’m Brittany Woodham as a therapist I focus on really diving in with my clients allowing them to be in control of their healing journey while also guiding them. I work closely with my clients to figure out what is holding them back and work to make drastic changes to improve their well-being. My ideal clients are high achievers who struggle with self-confidence, maintaining healthy relationships, setting boundaries, people-pleasing behaviors, past childhood trauma/attachment wounds, and anxiety. In addition, I work closely with new mothers struggling with postpartum depression and anxiety.
My approach is challenging yet supportive. I will challenge your thought process and some of your long-held beliefs while encouraging and empowering you to make the necessary changes to meet your goals.
