Life constantly throws all of us curve balls that require us to take a step back and reassess how to navigate those things we cannot control. This can often be hard to do when we lack an outside perspective and a safe space to process all the struggles we individually deal with in life. In a world where empathy is being encouraged and promoted, we often forget how to extend that same empathy to ourselves. As an experienced therapist, my goal is to provide a safe space for my clients to be vulnerable, grow, and increase their own satisfaction in their daily living.
Due to my philosophy that all clients are the experts in their own experiences, I lean towards all interventions that provide a holistic and person centered approach. While I have experience working with individuals across the lifespan, I have a true passion working with adolescents and young adults.
Providing a safe space for individuals to find peace, healing, and growth is one of the greatest honors of my life.
