The moments in life that challenge our belief in ourselves can lead to feeling caught in a loop of frustration and anxiety. We all have the ability to rise from these moments. In our work together you will learn to greet the unknown with curiosity. You will gain trust in yourself that you are capable of moving forward authentically. You will allow yourself to lift into the fullness of your life again.
Although I use the common therapeutic modalities, I also enjoy incorporating art and guided imagery. My clients have found that the combination of approaches has helped them to lift and explore heavy emotional states more easily. Guided imagery is a powerful tool that can also be used to expand life's joys and help us prepare for the unknown.
My approach is collaborative and centered around building a trusting relationship. Together we can help you create the life experience you desire and deserve. Please email to set up an initial consultation.
