I work with Christians, moms who are navigating the difficulties of pregnancy, postpartum, and early motherhood, as well as individuals experiencing anxiety. Even in the most difficult situations, I believe healing is possible and that the counseling process can be a wonderful tool to develop a sense of wholeness.

I help my clients identify underlying beliefs and thought patterns that are contributing to their distress, while processing past experiences that are keeping them stuck. I educate my clients on the role our brains and bodies play in our mental and emotional health, enabling my clients to experience improvements in their overall health and well-being.
