I work with adolescents and adults and use both insight-oriented and skills-based approaches to find short and long-term solutions to intercept the patterns that are interfering with your personal growth.
I believe effective therapy is one where clients learn new tools and perspective to address their concerns. My therapy style is a blend of processing emotions and teaching critical life skills. I aim for clients to feel supported as though I'm their personal coach and cheerleader. In my practice, clients are heard, respected, and even encouraged to laugh!
