I support teens and adults struggling with depression, anxiety, trauma, behavioral concerns, and self-acceptance. I offer individual and couples sessions to support folks through their various life challenges and embark on self-discovery. I value helping folks learn how to rewrite their stories by discovering their purpose, strengths, and skills to help them reapproach their relationship with their painful experiences. All are welcome here! In this space, I invite folks to show up as their authentic self in a place of acceptance and safety for all! That being said, my office is LGBTQIA, size-inclusive, and culturally accepting.
My graduate training and professional experience focused on assisting adolescents and adults with processing trauma, behavioral health management, crisis stabilization, and relational skills. I use experiential therapeutic activities such as art, play, and movement combined with talk therapy to make sessions active and engaging.
I believe that we can learn how to thrive in a life where our problems don’t control us. Navigating life’s challenges can be tricky, but finding the right counselor shouldn’t be one of them. I look forward to meeting you and seeing if we are a good fit!
