I am passionate about helping clients who are stuck and eager to feel confident about who they are and where they are headed. My neurodiverse clients often feel overstimulated and struggle with a negative view of self. Many of the people who walk through my door experience work/school dissatisfaction, relationship struggles, chronic procrastination, religious trauma, anxiety, and depression. They are overwhelmed by all latest trends and suggestions posted on social media. They want someone to help them find sustainable solutions that work with their unique brain, personality, experience, and goals.
I believe that every individual is unique, therefore, I use different modalities and interventions depending on the needs of my clients. My clients feel seen as they sift through the many experiences and unmet needs that led them to my door. I help them develop an approach to life that feels more congruent and fulfilling then operating out of survival mode.
