My way of doing therapy involves insight-oriented exploration and problem solving, and an invitation to make deeper contact with core issues and inner healing potential via somatic experience and "parts work." I'm trained as an IFS therapist and can be an especially good fit for those with established mindfulness practices and an ability to tune into inner experience. While working with me you may find yourself looking at problems in a new way, with more curiosity and self compassion. Less judgement.
I'm a clinical psychologist with 20+ years experience helping clients address difficulty and move into more fulfilling lives. I also serve as clinician in FDA approved clinical trials using psychedelics to treat depression and anxiety. Results from one study (PSIL201) were just published in the Journal of the American Medical Association (Aug, 2023).
Whatever your issues are a part of you knows it is good and wise to make gentle contact with wounds and distress, so they can be properly explored, worked through - and released. That's why you're here, and I honor your healing intention. Please feel free to reach out to explore what's going and how I might be of service.
