Are you struggling with life stressors? Finding it more difficult to deal with anxiety, depression, trauma, and/or conflicts? I can work with you to figure out the tools you need in order to work through such obstacles as: physical and sexual abuse, stressful situations/relationships, mood disorders, and family dysfunction. I utilize my calm nature and sense of humor to engage people in treatment and we work together to identify and achieve their goals.

I obtained my MSW degree from Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey and am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who works primarily with adults. My experience includes working in outpatient, hospital, partial care, intensive outpatient settings. My role is to help you set and reach your goals.
